Where It All Began

Every great story starts with a spark — and for us, that spark was family and a deep love for dogs.At Meadowbrook Poodles & Doodles, our journey began in 2017 when my son Taylor and I decided to share our passion for poodles with the world. What started as a simple idea quickly blossomed into something much more — a calling rooted in family values, compassion, and the desire to bring joy to others through our puppies.

A Lifelong Love for Poodles

My connection to poodles began in childhood. I grew up with a toy poodle, and from that very first bond, I knew that poodles were special. They’re loyal, intelligent, elegant, and endlessly loving — truly one of the most remarkable breeds out there.

For years, I dreamed of owning a standard poodle, and that dream finally came true when I welcomed Meadow into my life. Meadow was everything I had imagined and more — gentle, graceful, and deeply intuitive. Soon after came Willow Brook, and from these two beloved girls, the name Meadowbrook was born — a tribute to the foundation of our program and the heart behind everything we do.

From a Home to a Haven

Since 2019, we’ve raised our poodles from the comfort of home, surrounded by love and family life. At Meadowbrook, every puppy is handled daily, socialized early, and raised right in our living room — not in kennels.

Each litter is an extension of our family, receiving constant affection and exposure to everyday experiences — the laughter of children, the hum of daily life, and the safety of being loved right from the start.

Expanding Our Breeds

In 2021, Meadowbrook grew to include Mini Poodles, Mini Cavapoos, Mini Aussiedoodles, and Mini Bernedoodles, each carefully chosen for their temperament, health, and beauty. Our parent dogs undergo comprehensive health testing ([link to Health Testing page]) to ensure that every puppy is healthy, confident, and ready for a lifetime of love.

We proudly serve families across Missouri — including Kansas City, Springfield, and St. Louis — as well as loving homes throughout the United States. Our Purpose
